            We will ship your item normally within 48 hours of received payment.

   Most items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, (Unless Priority Mail is preferred, at an additional fee).  

Other items such as Books, Supplies or “Other Stuff” may be shipped via USPS Media Mail, Parcel Post or other USPS methods, UPS or Federal Express.  “TopShelfChips.com” reserves the right to choose the method of shipping.

   Additional shipping requirements such as “Signature Confirmation”, “Registered Mail…etc will be done at “TopShelfChips.com”’s own discretion and expense.

RETURN POLICY:

            Returns will be accepted within the first two weeks (14 days) of receipt of your item(s).  Due to the fact that most all of the chips on “TopShelfChips.com” are older, obsolete chips and due to the possible volatility of this market and the fact that some of these chips are being sold on “Consignment”, we must adhere to this policy.

            “TopShelfChips.com” respects the rights of privacy of our Customers as we would our own!  We will not sell or give any personal information to anyone under any circumstances, unless ordered to do so by State or Federal Authorities.

CONSIGNMENT INFORMATION:

           All items consigned and sold by TopShelfChips will be charged a flat 20% commission rate.  For additional information please click here.

           Additionally, TopShelfChips may choose to place any chip(s) in the "Featured Chip" section or even as "Chip fo the Month" at our own descretion.  Go to the "Consignment" page for additional details. 

FEATURED CHIPS:

             The "Featured Chip" section is set up to randomly select chips from the Featured Chip data base and place them along the left side as well as randomly choosing and placing them on the bottom of every page.  These chips also have separate pages set up to view "Featured Chips" only.  For Consigning an item to the "Featured Chip" section click here.  (PLEASE NOTE as with ALL ITEMS, "FEATURED CHIPS" shows both sides of the chip for viewing.  Not only with thumbnail images, but with larger images as well)

CHIP OF THE MONTH:

                    The "Chip of the Month" feature is set up to feature a chip prominantly on the lower half of the "Home" page as well as the "Shop" page.  It is also prominantly displayed on every page in the left column above the "Featured Chip" section.  The "Chip of the Month" is also included in the "Featured Chips" listings, so it will also be seen on all pages that the "Featured Chips" are seen, (which is every page!)  This also includes its being listed directly on the separate "Featured Chips" Page!  For additional details or to set your chip up as a future "Chip of the Month" go to the "Consignment" page.  (PLEASE NOTE as with ALL ITEMS, "CHIP OF THE MONTH" shows both sides of the chip for viewing.  Not only with thumbnail images, but with larger images as well)

ITEM QUANTITIES:

          If, when inputting an item quantity, you enter a quantity that is over the alotted inventory available, you will get a message that says, "Please Check Quantity!"  At this point you will need to enter an amount that is less than the amount you originally entered in order to be able to purchase any of that item.  As is the case with most of the rare and valuable casino chips on this site, there will most likely be only one of that item.  With most of the supplies, T shirts or other items, there will normally be more than one of that item, but if you happen to excede the amount in available inventory and would like to order more just email me (David@topshelfchips.com) and I can let you know when we will have more available for you.

HOW TO NAVIGATE EACH ITEM:                                                                                                                                                                                  On each listing, on the bottom right hand corner is an item number (Item ####).  Any questions that you may want to email me about (QUESTIONS@TopShelfChips.com) please reference the ITEM NUMBER in your question (or any other communication regarding an item).  This will make it easier for me to differentiate between possible duplicate items on the site as well as making it quicker and easier for me to respond to you about an item.                     

Also there is a little more detail about the item when you click on the "Know More" link, which is located toward the bottom left side of each listing.  (DON'T FORGET TO SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN EACH PAGE FOR ANY OTHER INFORMATION THAT MAY BE DOWN THERE!)
